Booking:
Sessions should be booked at least one to two weeks prior to your session date. Because I incorporate natural lighting into all of my portraits, it’s important for you to be time for your session so I can capture your portraits in the best light possible.
Payments:
All session payments are due at the time of the session. You may pay via cash or check. Payments may be made for prints through the mail or online. You may mail a check or you may pay via Pay Pal. Pal Pal instructions will be given when an order has been made.
Bad Weather Policy:
Should there be bad weather on the day of your session, I will rebook you at my next available session slot. I try to give you as much heads up about the weather as possible, but due to the ever changing weather here in Houston, some times that is not possible. Weather cancellations may happen any time before a session.
Cancellations:
Kindly give 48 hours notice before cancelling a session. You may reschedule at the next available session date I have open.
Safe Keeping Your Portraits:
Your will receive a CD with uncopyrighted portraits from your session. Please make a copy of the images on your own computer. I am not responsible for any lost images.
